Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
- Open Craft Caro and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — send us a request
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, send this form. Use the phone number or email registered with your account so we can verify it's yours.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, phone number, email, photo and the business / political details you added.
- Your saved designs, frames, posts, AI creations and the photos you uploaded.
- Music you uploaded that isn't published in the public library, and your comments.
- Your remaining AI credits and premium access.
- Usage and device data linked to your account is deleted or made anonymous.
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase and payment records (order IDs, amounts, dates) for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Records needed to resolve an open dispute, prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation, for as long as needed for that purpose.
- Designs you already shared outside the app (for example on WhatsApp) stay wherever you shared them — we can't delete those.
How long it takes
In-app deletion happens straight away. Requests sent with this form are verified and completed within 30 days; we'll confirm by email or phone.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Craft Caro. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
